The California Cultural Tourism Coalition (CCTC) is proud to present the year 2003 as the celebration of California’s African American Heritage. The destinations and events in Culture California will enhance your vacation and allow you to absorb the remarkable contributions of California’s African American community, which are woven into almost every segment of the State’s history.
Each year, CCTC will present Culture California to focus on one of the many cultural dimensions that make up the State’s rich tapestry of diversity. Our goal is to expand the awareness of the many cultures and travel opportunities available in California.
